Who we are

ThisExists.fyi is a weekly email digest showcasing apps and tools built by indie makers. For questions about this policy, contact us at hello@thisexists.fyi.

What we collect

• Subscribers: Your email address, used solely to send the weekly digest and confirmation emails.
• Submitters: Your email address, app name, app URL, and "because" statement, used to review and feature your submission.
• Payment: If you purchase a priority submission, payment is processed by Polar.sh. We do not store your payment card details.

How we use your data

• Send you the weekly digest (subscribers only, after confirmation)
• Send submission confirmation and status emails
• Display your app name, URL, and "because" statement publicly on the site when featured

Third-party services

• Cloudflare: Hosting and DNS
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Polar.sh: Payment processing
• Google Fonts: Font delivery

Data retention

Subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Submission data is retained indefinitely for public listing purposes. You can request deletion of your data by emailing hello@thisexists.fyi.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from the digest at any time via the link in every email. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
