By using ThisExists.fyi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Submissions

• You must have the right to submit the app or project you're listing.
• Your "because" statement and app details will be displayed publicly if approved.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission for any reason.
• Free submissions are queued and reviewed in order. There is no guarantee of being featured.

Priority submissions

• Paying $9 moves your submission to the front of the review queue.
• Payment does not guarantee approval — it only guarantees faster review.
• Payments are processed by Polar.sh and are non-refundable once your submission has been reviewed.

Newsletter

• By subscribing, you consent to receiving weekly digest emails.
• You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your app and content. By submitting, you grant ThisExists.fyi a non-exclusive license to display your app name, URL, and description on the site and in emails.

Disclaimer

ThisExists.fyi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any apps listed on the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
